      Join us every Monday at 7:15PM and Thursday at 6:15PM for an Exciting, Adrenaline pumping kickboxing class that everyone can do, regardless of age or fitness level (there are no limitations on what can be achieved in a motivational, energetic fun group fitness environment).   Right Hook Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines boxing and martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike, and is designed for everyone. * Build stamina * Improve coordination and flexibility,  * Burn calories (400 - 800) * Build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout * Relieve stress and frustration * Releases hormones (endorphins) that improve your mood and block feelings of pain. Right Hook Kickboxing increases cardio conditioning, helps burn fat, and improves stamina and hearth health. The rapid movements in cardio kickboxing also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.  You don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience to take a cardio kickboxing class.
